Why do I love to pet the homeless?

A homeless pet owner in Florida is looking to raise money to bring his cat back home.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, Keith Scott and his wife are hoping to raise $1,000 to bring their two dogs, which are both homeless, home.

The couple have already raised $3,000 of their goal, and the rest will go toward their dog-friendly house.

They are asking for donations to help them pay for a new carpet and a new coat of paint.

Keith Scott said the homeless have been the reason they’ve chosen to keep their cats.

“We don’t have a lot of money.

We live in a small apartment, so it’s not a big amount of money, but when you do, it’s something you really want to do,” he told the Times.”

You know, when you walk down the street, you have to walk past these people that are just dying on the street,” he added.”

It’s a great opportunity to do something for a cause that’s really important.”

Scott said he’s been a pet owner since he was 16 years old, but his dogs were euthanized because he couldn’t afford to keep them.

“I would love to have my cats back, but I just can’t afford it,” he said.

“But the cats can be a huge help to the community.”

He said the couple’s two dogs have been in the shelter for years, but the animals are in bad shape.

“The vet said they’ve been abused and neglected,” he explained.

“So we’ve been very protective of them, and now they’re really struggling.”

Keith Scott hopes his donations will help the dogs.

“They’re so sweet, and they’re so cute, and so smart, and if I can help them, I’ll be so grateful,” he laughed.

“If you donate to me, I want to make sure that they’re well taken care of.”
