4/5 dogs rescued in Pittsburgh

A search for four dogs that were left in a Pittsburgh neighborhood is drawing more attention from animal rescue groups.

A group of volunteers is asking people to check out the dogs and help the homeless pets find their forever homes.

The Pittsburgh Animal Shelter says the dogs, who are named Peter, Michael, Sarah and Kiki, were abandoned by their owner last Friday.

The dog shelter is working with animal rescue group Save the Dogs to rescue the dogs.

The dogs were in a nearby alley near the city’s new park.

The group says the shelter is looking for a new home for the four dogs.
